Carpaccio di Filet Mignon

Thinly sliced filet mignon topped with arugula, Parmesan, lemon and olive oil

Carpaccio di Polpo

Thinly sliced, steamed octopus drizzled with olive oil, lemon and parsley

Burrata e Bruschetta

Fresh buffalo mozzarella served over sliced tomatoes and fresh basil, topped with extra-virgin olive oil served with toasted house-made Italian bread with a variety of toppings
